We are a renovation and new construction business, based in the Cowichan Valley, and operating from the Malahat to Nanaimo and the Gulf Islands |Show Map|. Our focus is on providing high quality home improvement, maintenance, and construction services at an affordable rate.

We specialize in the design and construction of unique structures and esthetic pieces, and strive to use sustainable or repurposed materials whenever possible. Using proven building methods and an attention to detail we will work with you to make sure your project is done both properly and efficiently.

THE PEOPLE

My name is Marik Clemens, owner/operator of the company. I have worked in the construction trades since 2005, mainly focusing on concrete foundation work, framing, roofing, and renovating. While I have formally trained as a carpenter I am well acquainted with the various trades involved in any major renovation or construction project.
